The University Hospitals Ventures team invited me to give a keynote address at their annual MedTech Flyers conference. The UH system is full of incredible innovators and the UH Ventures team does a world-class job activating the seemingly unlimited problem-solving capacity of it's medical professionals and staff. It was an honor to share the Value Proposition Matrix with the conference attendees.
